Visual Progamming Terminology has 2 meanings. One meaning is programming that can create "visualize" application, such as game application. Another meaning is programming that can be created visualize, such as Visual Basic .NET. Both Delphi and Visual Basic .NET is Client - Server programming, means that the application should be installed in Client side or Client Computer and the Database Server is located in Server side or Server Computer.
